In recent years,China’s civil aviation has achieved rapid development,and the scale of air transport has been ranked the second in the world for 14 consecutive years.The rapid development of civil aviation is inseparable from the perfected legal guarantee.At present,China has formed a civil aviation legal system with the civil aviation law as the core.However,the civil aviation legal system still has problems such as incomplete legal system,incomplete supervision system for civil aviation market and incomplete disputesolving mechanism and so on.Based on the integrity of civil aviation laws and regulations,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of China’s civil aviation laws and regulations,draws lessons from the experience of foreign civil aviation laws and regulations of the United States and the European Union,and puts forward suggestions for improving China’s civil aviation laws and regulations.
