This paper expounds the connotation and new characteristics of the discourse power of network ideological and political education, divides the generation of the discourse power into three stages, makes the corresponding mechanism analysis, based on that, analyzes the passive situation in such insufficiencies of the discourse power in course game as inadequate theoretical innovation, the deviation between discourse communication and education objects, and insufficient master of control and guidance, and finally discusses the promotion path for the discourse power of network ideological and political education at new era based on taking Marxism as guide, innovating discourse system of main ideology, expanding discourse main body scope, cultivating main body ability of the discourse, building communication platform of main discourse, optimizing communication channel, constructing feedback platform of discourse information and reasonably regulating ideological opinions.
