Abstract:Innovation is the basis of enterprises’ survival and development. As for an enterprise, employee innovation is the source of enterprise innovation, and employee innovation behavior plays a core role in the knowledge creation and distribution in the enterprise. By using two foreign literature databases of Wiley Online Library and Science Direct, this paper searches the related literatures on the influencing factors on employee innovation behavior, selects 28 relative papers after classification and sorting out, analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors on employee innovation behavior from such five perspectives as individual psychological perspective, organizational situation perspective, individual and situational interaction perspective, work feature perspective and interpersonal interaction perspective, expounds the deficiencies in the researches in current literatures, and finally, prospects future research on the influencing factors on employee innovation behavior.
