In this paper, based on the expanded trade gravity model, we use the data of China′s export enterprises during 1997—2017 to export to the Europe, and empirically analyzed the effect of the European Union′s technical trade barriers on our exports.The results show that the technical trade barrier has a significant inhibitory effect on China′s export.In addition, the GDP, R&D expenditure and annual average exchange rates of exporting countries and importing countries all contribute to China′s exports in different degrees.Finally, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to deal with international TBT
