    摘要:

    “互联网+”的核心是以平台模式满足消费者复杂多变的个性化需求,而智能手机作为互联网技术与消费者的交汇点和落脚点,能够推动现有的“现金现货现场”零售旧模式变革,促进居民生活、购物、娱乐、社交、体验的一体化消费升级,其影响主要体现在消费习惯、消费场景、消费体验、参与方式、购物信息和售后服务等六大方面的颠覆性变化,而作用路径主要包括:服务/商品定制化、购物社交化、平台生活化、消费移动化和渠道线上化。同时,文章注意到智能手机普及过程中存在信息不对称、维权困难、手机成瘾、认知障碍和信息安全等挑战。因此,只有客观理性地分析智能手机普及带来的机遇和挑战,才能把握好“互联网+”浪潮下的商业机会。

    Abstract:

    The core of “Internet +” is to meet the consumer′s complex and changeable personalized demand with the platform model, and the smartphone, as the intersection point and the foothold of the Internet technology and consumer, can promote the existing cash spot retailing old mode change, promote the integrated consumption upgrade of consumers’ life, shopping, entertainment, social exchange, and experience. Its influence is mainly embodied in the disruptive changes in the six aspects of consumption habits, consumption scenarios, consumption experiences, participation methods, shopping information and aftersales services, however, its acting path mainly includes service/commodity customization, shopping socialization, platform living, consumption mobilization and channel online. Meanwhile, this article notices the challenges of information asymmetry, difficulty in rights protection, mobile phone addiction, cognitive impairment and information security in the process of popularization of smartphones. Therefore, only by objectively and rationally analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by the popularization of smartphones, can we grasp the business opportunities under the “Internet +” wave.
