Abstract:The core of “Internet +” is to meet the consumer′s complex and changeable personalized demand with the platform model, and the smartphone, as the intersection point and the foothold of the Internet technology and consumer, can promote the existing cash spot retailing old mode change, promote the integrated consumption upgrade of consumers’ life, shopping, entertainment, social exchange, and experience. Its influence is mainly embodied in the disruptive changes in the six aspects of consumption habits, consumption scenarios, consumption experiences, participation methods, shopping information and aftersales services, however, its acting path mainly includes service/commodity customization, shopping socialization, platform living, consumption mobilization and channel online. Meanwhile, this article notices the challenges of information asymmetry, difficulty in rights protection, mobile phone addiction, cognitive impairment and information security in the process of popularization of smartphones. Therefore, only by objectively and rationally analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by the popularization of smartphones, can we grasp the business opportunities under the “Internet +” wave.
