民营企业的劳动雇佣与政治联系层级研究——基于互惠视域的实证分析

    摘要:

    本文以2008—2013年我国民营上市公司为样本,通过构建联立方程模型,探讨政治联系与劳动雇佣的双向关联关系。实证检验结果发现:民营上市公司的政治联系和政治联系层级与劳动雇佣存在显著的互惠关联关系;政治联系及政治联系层级提升了民营上市公司的劳动雇佣水平,民营上市公司的劳动雇佣水平也提升了企业的政治联系水平和政治联系层级水平。检验结果验证了社会经济活动中的互惠现象,拓展和丰富了互惠研究的相关文献。

    Abstract:

    Based on the sample of private listed companies in China from 2008 to 2013,this paper constructs simultaneous equation model to discuss the two-way relationship between political connection and labor employment from the perspective of reciprocity.Empirical test results show that there is a significantly reciprocal relationship between political connection and the level of political connection and labor employment in private listed companies,that the political connection and the level of political connection have raised the employment level of private listed companies,and that the level of labor employment of the private listed companies has also raised the level of political connection and political connection hierarchy.The testing results have verified the reciprocity phenomena in social and economic activities,expanded and enriched the related literatures for reciprocity research.
