Abstract:This paper,based on microscopic survey data,using hierarchical regression method and work values as moderating variabe,studies the influence of employee satisfaction on job performance,the result shows that comfort and security values have significantly negative mediating effects between employee satisfaction and job performance,that ability and growth values have significantly positive mediating effects between employee satisfaction and task performance,and that status and independent values have significantly positive mediating effects between employee satisfaction and job performance.Based on the above conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving job performance from work values level.
