The judicial reform has now entered into the stage of hard work， and the new organization model for handling cases has been running for a long time. The discussion and research on the organization of case handling is still at the theoretical level. The paper intends to explore the advantages and problems of the sole prosecutor mode and prosecutor handling group mode respectively based on the practice of the author’s working unit， and seek a way of improvement.
