Abstract:With the popularity of different kinds of mobile terminals, digital reading has entered into the mobile era. However, the fragmentation and simplicity of mobile reading are obviously different from those of “deep reading”. This paper believes that the change of reading habit, the relative shortage of excellent digital contents and the shock of new entertainment communication methods are three main factors to cause the present development dilemma of mobile “deep reading”. In order to boost mobile reading from the shallow to the deep, four strategies such as excellent digital content construction, optimization of mobile reading experience, cultivation of good digital reading habit, and enlargement of mobile reading popularization can be adopted to promote mobile deep reading,so as to gradually change the present situation of the fragmentation and simplicity of mobile reading .
