With the development of China’s social organizations, industry associations and the other third departments become an important part of collaborative governance. This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the government and industry associations in the Interim and Expost Supervision based on the cooperative governance theory, and tries to reveal the factual and ideal status between the government and industry associations in the collaborative governance process. Moreover, it studies the necessary conditions, problems and directions between the main bodies for achieving the positive interaction. Through the analysis, the conditions and mechanisms for collaboration governance between government and industry associations in the field of interim and expost supervision have matured, and it is necessary to cooperate and achieve effective market supervision.
