Abstract:Based on the socioal emotional wealth (SEW) theory and using evolutionary game theory and Hotelling model, the study found that the internationalized strategy of the two in the same environment but different operating conditions of the family businesses: operation status of enterprises, transportation costs of international business, the relationship of opportunity costs and SEW, and international motivations are important factors affecting the internationalized strategic choice of the family enterprises. The conclusion of the research has definite guiding significance to the internationalized strategic choice of the family businesses in China.
