Abstract:Employee turnover is one of the major problems faced by hotel organizations of China, especially the high frequency turnover of millennial employees. By taking the hotel millennial employees as the research objects, using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this study explores the influence of millennial employees’ work values and its dimensions on turnover intention, and the differences in the demographic characteristics of the work values and turnover intention. The results show that the millennial employees’ work values have significant positive effect on turnover intention, in which the positive impact of utilitarian orientation and longterm development values and so on is particularly significant.
