Abstract:On the media industry development road at the Internet age, media fusion has gone through the“+ Internet” phase, and is moving into “Internet +” stage. In this new stage, Internet provides a number of possibilities for an integration of the media industry and other industries. In the collision between awkward “+ Internet”and passionate“Internet +”, the media industry, especially the traditional media, can actively promote the media convergence from four aspects. To be specific, the media should take good advantage of external capital, accelerate the market transition, extend the industrial chain, realize the idea change from“+ Internet”to“Internet +”, take humanbased road, strengthen the humanistic concern and cultivate the thinking of users.
