With the failure of the Doha Round negotiations, in the foreseeable future, to recreate a broad commitment to the multilateral negotiating agenda has been unlikely. But within the framework of the multilateral trade agreements, there are still some areas of potential and direction of the joint efforts of consensus; in regional trade agreements, there are some spaces to be still continued to expand and deepen, and there are some new directions. China should grasp the development trend of the current world trade law, reasonably selfposition, actively participate in negotiations on rules, and properly handle the relationship between multilateral and regional trade.
