    摘要:

    民国时期强化社会工作人员培训,促进了社会工作中国本土化、提升了社工人员职业专业化、适应当时社会建设的需要。由此,民国后期国民政府非常重视社会工作人员的培训,并着力从立法建设、培训模式与培训方法三方面构建了“立法、服务、训练”三位一体的社会工作人员培训机制。这一培训机制的构建一方面培育了大量社会工作专业人才,推动了当时地方社会事业的各项建设;另一方面,呈现出“培训管理的强制性、培训方式的灵活性、培训内容的专业性”的特色。

    Abstract:

    Strengthening social work personnel training in the period of Republic of China is to promote the China localization of social work, enhance social workers’ occupation specialization and adapt to the needs of society at that time. Therefore, the national government also had attached great importance to social work personnel training, and strived to explore the effective way of constructing “of the Trinity” social work personnel training mechanism from three aspects of legislation, training mode and training method. The construction of training mechanism for training, on the one hand, cultivated a large number of social work professionals, promoted the construction of local social undertakings at that time, on the other hand, it presented characteristics of“mandatory training management, flexibility of training methods, and professional training content.”
