    摘要:

    为了探究我国目前传统期刊媒体的转型历程与现状,本文以我国传统期刊媒体寡头之一,同时也是国内传统期刊媒体转型的先行者的时尚传媒集团为个案研究对象。发现时尚传媒集团在转型过程中以媒介融合为主要方式,将传统媒体的优质内容资源与新媒体的平台优势进行整合,并积极实施多元化产业融合战略,成功地实现了跨界经营的目标。时尚传媒集团在转型过程中取得了良好的成绩,但也存在着一些问题,为我国其他期刊媒体的转型提供了可资借鉴的经验与值得反思的地方,同时也反映了我国传统期刊媒体转型仍处于探索中的现状。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the transformation process and current situation of China’s traditional periodical media, by taking one of China’s traditional media, the media pioneer in the transformation of the traditional media, the Trends Media Group, as a case study, this paper finds that Trends Media Group takes media integration as the main way in the process of transition by integrating the quality content resources of traditional media into the platform advantage of new media, and by actively implementing the strategy of integration of diversified industries so that it successfully achieves crossborder business goal. The Trends Media Group has made great achievements in the transformation process, but there are still some problems, which can provide a reference for other Chinese periodicals media transformation and which reveal that the current situation of China’s traditional periodical media in the transition is still in exploration.
