Abstract:Personorganization values congruence, which is defined as the level of similarity between person value and organization value, has a positive impact on employee pressure and organizational commitment. Some modern enterprises take steps to establish values management model. Organizational socialization is a dynamic learning and adjustable process ,and it has a positive impact on personorganization values congruence. Meanwhile, personorganization values congruence has different changes in the process of organizational socialization. On the basis of organizational socialization’s characteristics and from the perspective of personorganization interaction, this paper builds a dynamic promoting model of personorganization values congruence and systematically presents a series of suggestions.
