Recently SinoIndian bilateral trade develops rapidly. Based on the description of the state quo of SinoIndian bilateral trade development, by the five indexes of trade intensity index, intraindustry trade index, trade specialization coefficient, export similarity index and revealed competitive advantage index, this paper researches the competitiveness and complementarity of SinoIndian trade, reveals the competitive advantage of China and India and concludes the characteristics of SinoIndian trade. The result shows that there are both competitiveness and complementarity in SinoIndian trade.
