    摘要:

    现有的比较社会保障制度模式的研究中,大多都以“工业化的西方制度模式”为研究对象,引入以中国为代表的东亚儒家国家保障模式研究无疑对原来社会保障制度模式的“三个世界”提出了挑战。中西不同的福利文化是导致中西社会保障制度差异性的重要原因。因此,必须对福利文化的变量加以认真考虑,以福利文化的精神观念和制度供给的制度规范两层次为新维度,提出了新的中西社会保障制度划分的六种模式。 

    Abstract:

    Among the present research on comparative social security institution models, “the western modern industrial country” model draw more attention, and the new research on EasternAsia Confucian country model which takes China as representative undoubtedly poses challenge to the “three worlds” of social security institutional models. Difference of Chinese and western welfare culture is an important cause resulting in the disparity of Chinese and western social security institution. Therefore it is bound to take variable of arelfare cutur into consideration. Based on the new dimension of spirit of welfare culture and norm of institutional supply, this paper proposes six basic models of Chinese and Western social security institutions models
