Abstract:Tourism network opinion is emerging network and social phenomena. It’s is of great significance to research tourism network opinion for shoring up tourism image, promoting tourism management and decisionmaking levels and protecting tourism industry safety.On the basis of reviewing the background and impact of tourism network opinion and the status quo of domestic and overseas researches, this paper introduces the research objects and contents of tourism network opinion in three aspects of basic compositions, development mechanisms and management strategies. This paper analyzes contributions of main disciplines and theory to the research on tourism network opinion, proposes the main methods and their applicability, and seeks to establish a relatively complete studying system of tourism network opinion in order to lay the foundation for related research and practice.
