Both many developed countries and a lot of underdeveloped countries have made anticorruption legislations which provide the ways for public participation in anticorruption. According to the level of public participation, public participation in the anticorruption approach has five kinds. The five approaches have been described in foreign legislations. We must turn legislation from text to culture.
