In the field of social psychology, self is an important concept in social cognition. It’s helpful to review past researches of scholars home and abroad on self for the research on reflected bestself(RBS for short). At present there are some researches on reflected self, but what’s RBS？ This paper combs the process of research on self, and proposes reflected bestself, a new concept in the research on self and summed up its influential factors and influential results to hopefully provide new mindset for future research on self.
