Family structure encountered a subtle change in the process of social transition, traditional people’s loyalty to marriage changes because the diversity of the value outlook changes, as a result, the number of divorced single mothers rises. The divorced single mothers, as a main type of single mothers, are worth concerning and studying. There are many focuses on single mothers in current literatures, however, there is short of research on the divorced single mothers. By taking the divorced single mothers as the research object, by using case research method, this paper chooses the perspective of advantages to enhance the rights of the served objects in the process of communication and opinion exchange with the divorced single mothers. 
