Interactive oldpeoplecare idea is to improve the supply to oldpeoplecare service by interactively helping service to solve the problems in the shortage of serving personnel for oldpeoplecare at aging era and so on and can be widely used in family oldpeoplecare and agent oldpeoplecare. Under the aging background of current Chinese “aging ahead of richness”, the interactive oldpeoplecare model has big development space. This paper discusses the countermeasures for the theoretical basis, practical model and further development for the interactive oldpeoplecare idea based on the practical experience for interactive oldpeoplecare at home and abroad. 
