The signature and enforcement of Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement mean that crossstrait economic development enters into the stage of normalization, institutionalization and mechanism. This paper studies the recent economic effect under ECFA framework and explores crossstrait cooperation trend at postECFA era to strengthen overall manufacturing industry cooperation, to improve international competitiveness of agricultural products, to largely develop service trade mainly based on Commercial Presence, to deepen strategic emerging industrial cooperation across Taiwan Strait and to actively promote “mutual investment”, in order to speed up ECFA later consultation and economic and trade development across the Strait, finally this paper provides some policy suggestions.
