Abstract:An obligee’s exercising the right to revoke should have the behavior of an obligor while the obligor’s behavior must be effective establishment and continue existence after the creditor’s right occurres, the obligor’s act must be harmful to the creditor’s right, and the obligor and the beneficiary (or acquirer) should have subjective malice and so on. The obligee’s exercising the right to revoke should note subject, object, exercising style and scope, exercising period and so on. The effect of the obligee’s exercising the right to revoke covers the obligee, the obligor and the beneficiary (or acquirer).
