The judicial reform in China attaches great importance to the construction of the professionalized selection of judges, and many aspects have embodied the planning ideas according to the requirements of the professionalization, such as the professional entrance, the qualification, the selection and appointment, and the cultivation of judges. Respecting the basic rules of the modern legal profession, displaying the basic characteristics of the modern justice and keeping up with the developing trend of the judges’ selection system should become the important principles of the reform and development of the professional selection of the judges in China. Accordingly, the professionalized selection of the judges of China needs further rationalization and scientificalness in concrete system arrangement.
