Abstract:Professional value modeling is the core part of student education of social work. The change of social work practice mode and the orientation of value outlook localization challenge the teaching model of traditional value outlook. The dialoguestyle teaching practice of professional value of social work arouses the subjective consciousness of the students, creates symbiosisdevelopmentstyle relationship between a teacher and the students and builds “learning community” by taking the reform of classroom environment. Through “fouraspectintegration” teaching practice, rethinkingstyle understanding of value outlook oriented by “whole person” is reached, and the aim is finally attained for realizing students’ value outlook with generationstyle absorption and professional internalization.
