At the era of Web2.0, national public consciousness is more and more consolidated, modern society public space is gradually formed, some events which are not big events are fermented in social public space and brew into public events. A college or a university, as a special social organization, is inevitably affected by all kinds of contradictions from society and itself, this influence brings explicit or implicit harm to the college or the university and triggers crisis events to some degree. The majority of this kind of events themselves has the connotation features of “public crisis”, how to deal with the events usually perplexes the administrative departments, thus, the events should be emphasized whether in theoretical research or in practice.
