Abstract:Labor factor mobility is an important way to achieve balanced resources allocation,which has a significant impact on regional economic development.This paper analyzes the inflow ground effect and the outflow ground effect,and puts forward that the efficiency difference of inflow "multiplier effect" and outflow "spread effect" is the source of the widening regional disparities.Therefore,to promote the coordinated development of regional economy,the cooperation mechanism of labor mobility and regional coordinated development must be established,the city groups development of backward areas should be focused on through the city groups development to coordinate urban-rural development and regional development.
