In order to overall understand and learn and practice scientific development view and to provide reference for universal guidance of scientific development view in practical work,this paper discusses modernity dimensions of the scientific development view from three philosophical layers including methodology,value outlook and ontology for presenting the metaphysical understanding perspective.
