This paper makes systematic summarization for constructivism theory involved in contemporary HR training and teaching.First of all,the main viewpoints and mutual opinions of constructivism are generalized.Then,the genres of constructivism are summarized and the Cognition Constructivism and the Social Constructivism are compared.
