China is a large agricultural country,there is no complete modernization in China without making knowledge-incentive in rural areas.In China's rural areas,all the factors such as the lack of knowledge and low level of agricultural modernization and so on have already seriously restricted the construction of political,spiritual,material and ecological civilization.To get ride of poverty,rural areas not only need adequate capital investment but also demand sufficient intellectual resources of the new village construction.Therefore,the realizing of knowledge-incentive in rural areas is not only helpful to rationally allocate knowledge resources to promote the coordinated development between urban and rural areas but also is the demand of propelling socialism new village construction and realizing all-round well-off society.
