By the end of 2009,the scale of China's network videos users reached 240 million.With the scale of network video users continuing to expand,the development of network video enters into a new period of growth,the pattern of network video also has a developmental change.How to correctly understand the development trend of network video,guide and promote the network video industry,has become the important issue which network video industry is facing.This paper analyzes China's development trend and response of network video from the aspects of technology,content,and industry environment,and thus makes a proposal to the further development of our online video industry so as to be of some help to the development of China's future network video.
