Abstract:According to 1951 Geneva Convention and 1967 New York Protocol, refugee actually is those people who are forced to escape from their country due to politics, race, religion, war or environment and so on. The problem of refugee is a severe and realistic social problem that every country must encounter and settle. It is also involved in the human rights and national sovereignty. In order to protect the refugee’s rights, UN and other international organizations set up some basic principles for the refugee’s protection through various international documents, so as to make international society concern about the problem of refugee.
