The new model of governance in rural areas can achieve good governance. Trough survey on the western eight provinces of township cadres and village cadres and farmers, this paper makes studies and analysis of the subject of the new rural governance and its relationship, diversified cooperation of the main functions of governance, as well as a new model of governance in rural areas, and concludes that a reasonable choice of a new mode of governance in rural areas and enhancing cooperation of the main multifunctional governance and improving the governance mechanism of winwin interaction can truly promote China’s new rural development and progress.
