    摘要:

    近年来,随着我国金融业改革的深化,金融消费者权利保护问题已日益凸显。如何提升监管服务水平,保护金融消费者权益,已成为当前金融监管机构必须面对的重要课题。结合国内金融业消费者保护实践及相关机制存在的问题,提出金融监管机构应更新监管理念,制定和完善交易规则,强化纠纷处理机制,重视消费者的意见与消费者参与,以消费者保护为导向,重构金融监管体制等思路,以此促进我国金融消费关系和谐健康发展。

    Abstract:

    With the deepening of reform of China’s finance in recent years, the issue for protecting the rights of consumers becomes increasingly important. Therefore, how to improve the supervision service and protect the consumers’ rights has been a key task faced by financial supervising authority. By combining practice in Chinese consumer right protection and problems in relevant mechanism at home and abroad, this paper points out that financial supervision agencies should renew supervising ideas, make and perfect transaction regulations, strengthen dispute management mechanism, pay attention to the opinions of consumers and the participation of consumers, be oriented by consumer protection, emphasize financial supervision system and so on in order to promote harmonious and healthy development of China’s financial consumption relation.
