Based on the survey on the farmer families, cooperative organizations, agricultural brokers, leading enterprises and so on in Chengkou County and Kaixian County of Chongqing, the author analyzes the problems in the joint such as lacking long-term mechanism, mainly depending on governments, low efficiency and so on, and points out that Chongqing should bring market adjustment into full play, use the enterprises to lead the joint, create the brands of agricultural products, use disparity to promote the development of processing enterprises, establish agricultural cooperative organizations based on the role of market, let peasants participate in circulation and processing link of agricultural products, set up and perfect market information transmission system of agricultural products and consolidate the trust between members.
