    摘要:

    北魏的俸禄制是随着鲜卑拓跋部对中原地区的征服与封建制的逐步实现而不断完善的。北魏前期官员的俸禄主要来源于政府的班赐,而随着拓跋魏不断地与中原文化接触,汉化逐渐深入,北魏也不得不实行中原的俸禄制度。查阅有关史料,可以看出自太和八年(484)之前北魏已经尝试实行俸禄制度了。

    Abstract:

    Northern Wei’s salary system, with the Xianbei Tuoba of the Department of the Central Plains region with the conquest of the feudal system,gradually and continually improved. Officials of the early Northern Wei had salary from the main governmental capital, and with the Tuoba Wei constant contact with the Central Plains culture, the Chinese gradually depending on the Northern Wei had no choice but to implement the salary system in the Central Plains. Having access to historical data, we can see that since Taihe eight year(484) prior to the Northern Wei a salary system. had been trying to be implemented.
