    摘要:

    高校教师群体亚文化具有特殊的渗透性、传染性,能以较快的速度在校园内部传递。它所包含的行为准则、价值观等非正式的精神因素可能与高校“三风”建设目标相吻合,可能弥漫于整个学校各个层次的非正式团体,可能渗入到学校各项教育教学活动之中。高校教师群体亚文化与高校核价值观切合的程度越大,高校对个体的吸引力、凝聚力、激励力就愈大,教师心理对学校组织的认同程度就越高、心理依赖性就越强,进而在学校组织内部产生的凝聚力量和激励力量就会比较强,非正式群体内部的个体成员就会对高校这个正式组织产生强烈的归属感、自豪感和依附感。

    Abstract:

    The subculture of the teachers group of higher learning institutions has special penetration and infectivity and can transmit at rapid speed on campus. The informal spirit factors of its behavioral principle and value outlook may be consistent with Threeemphasis construction, may spread in informal teams of each level of the whole school and may penetrate in each educational activity of the school. The bigger the integration between the subculture and core value is, the bigger the attractive, condensing and incentive force of the school is, the higher the identification degree of the teacher psychology on the school is, the stronger the dependence degree of the teachers on the school is, the stronger the condensing and incentive force that inner school organizations produced is, thus, the individual member of informal groups has strong sense of belonging, pride and adhering sense on the formal organizations of the higher learning institutions.
