Bring forward three different opinions on Article 64 of Contract Law of China by discussing a civil case, the three different opinions are Statement of Altruism Contract，Statement of Not Really Altruism Contract and General Statement. By analyzing the abovementioned points of views, this paper concludes that the General Statement is the best explanation.
