At present, the rural workers’ Old-Age Insurance System in every city has regionalism, closeness and transitivity ,so the rural workers’ Old-Age Insurance System need be bettered with the development direction of the plan as the basic urban and rural as a whole.My thesis will compare with the main kinds of rural workers’ Old-Age Insurance System modes and analyse the coordination of the plan as the basic urban and rural as a whole,so I put forward ?policy proposals to better the rural workers’ Old-Age Insurance System.
