Abstract: Yibin is the importment city of economic development in Southern Sichuan, the paper mainly apply Variation coefficient Index and the coefficient of variation method as well as Gini coefficient decomposition method of Yibin City sign a dynamic economic region timing differences in quantitative analysis, then make certain recommendations to City development of regional balance.
