The rise of non-governmental organizations in the world brings serious influence and challenge to traditional international law order,and their activities are associated with many divisions of international laws,however,their legal personality is still in uncertain state.As for that their role in global international business becomes more and more important,this paper analyzes the subjectivity qualification of international laws of non-governmental organizations from the angle of international laws.
