    摘要:

    2003年以来,我国房价加速增长,成为民生的一大难题;中央政府实施了一系列的调控政策试图稳定房价,但其效果不明显,由于住房事关民生,稳定房价对社会稳定、建构社会主义和谐都有十分重要的作用。从房地产市场的供给与需求两方面入手,或许可以稳定房价。

    Abstract:

    Since 2003,the price of apartments of China rises rapidly,which become a difficult point in people's life.Although central government implements a series of adjustable and controllable policies in order to stabilize the price of the apartments,the effect is not obvious.Because the housing is related to people's life,stabilizing the price of apartments is of important significance to social stability and harmonious society construction.The price of apartments is possible to be stabilized from supply and demand of real estate market.
