The socialism with Chinese characteristics is a banner of modern China's development and progress and is a banner of the whole Party and all nationalities of Chinese to be united and make efforts and is centralized embodiment of newest theoretical achievement for China localization of Marxism and is historic necessity of exploration and development of China's socialism cause in over half a century and is the only correct choice for China to realize modernization.
