粮食是一种特殊的商品;粮食价格的波动将会触及国家经济安全神经,粮食价格问题也是人民群众十分关心的问题,关系人民群众的日常生活,粮价的波动必定会引起群众的不安.因此千方百计抓好粮食生产不放松是一种稳定粮食价格的根本办法.
