The commander-in chief at Yongan state of Shu Nation in Han Dynasty was assigned to Yongan state which was a strategic point,and the commander-in-chief includes Li Yan,Chen Dao, Zong Yu,Yan Yu and Luo Xian.They were not administrative cadres but were pure military leaders. Because their responsibility was to defend Yongan state from invading of the military force at lower reaches of Yangtze River which was the Xiling military force of Wu Nation.Thus,the governing area of commander-in-chief of Yongan state was only Badong Prefecture.
