摘要:

新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》由教育部以规章的形式颁布,于2005年9月1日施行.新《规定》是新时期高等教育管理的重要规章,是当前我国高校学生管理的政策依据,同时也是我国高校学生管理制度创新的新起点.从实施情况看,各高等学校,对新《规定》的贯彻实施给予了高度重视,并已收到了显著效果,但同时也出现了一些不容忽视的问题,需要进一步改进和完善.
