Marxism′s distribution according to work, which was put forward on the basis of large in- dustrial productivity, is a hypothesis of future social distribution, is necessarily restricted by produc- tivity at that time and is impossible to completely reflect the reality of the distribution in post—indus- trialization era. However, it is correct to say that the Marxism′s theory about distribution has short- comings. The distribution form is changing with the development of productivity. Marxism′s theory a- bout distribution according to work should be combined with modern reality to get new conclusion and to make new theoretical generalization.
